The Black Management Forum (BMF) held an executive debate today to discuss matters related to “clean governance and accountability as the pillars of service delivery”. Mabhuti Mpafa of BMF said the debate with panelists speaking on various aspects of government also looked into the role of municipalities in implementing the BBB-EE act.
